I would die for these people

over and over again. My family, my beautiful family.
  • I'm so glad we got to be together on the first day of Eid this year. Even if it was only for a few hours.
  • I'm glad everyone humored me when I asked for a photo session. :) I'm glad my brother-in-law who is a photographer brought along his tripod as instructed. LOL.
  • I'm glad I have all of them to treasure and annoy for the rest of my life. :)
  • Regarding my last post - thank you so much for the love. It means a lot to me. More than you will ever know. Be happy for me please, I know this is the right thing to do for now.
  • What are you up to today? How about this weekend? The kids didn't have to be in school today. I picked up my niece yesterday evening for a sleepover. *I mean I try not to sleep while listening to them giggling and telling ghost stories and taking self portraits in the dark bedroom*
  • We watched Zookeeper. Nothing to write home about besides the cute animals. *The Smurfs was sold out :(* Then we went swimming *I mean they swam and ran and jumped around while I sit at the side, in the shade with my sunglasses. LOL*

  • An old *for fun* layout I realized I haven't shared here. :)
  • Typical for a 'race day' - number 1 would be starbucks. To wake me up, of course! Races start at ungodly hours, or at least we have to wake up at ungodly hours to get to the race site on time for parking and warm up.
  • Speaking of races - Mr.Husband has one coming up. This sunday in fact, but now it looks like he'll be stuck in Mumbai another night due to the Turkish Airline skidded plane.
  • Me? I just want him safe. Wherever he is. :)

hope hubby is safe. I love this post the family photo makes me want to cry. I am not lucky enough to share that experience with parents and siblings but my own little or (not so little) family means the world to me even more because of it.

I missed your news about SC and I am happy for you. Your work is lovely and I will look forward to any and all new adventures you share. have a great weekend Sasha.

Such a beautiful photo...reminds me that it's been a while we had any family-portraits done! Every time the whole family is gathered that still slips the mind!

Superb LO. The cloth flower and the buttons made the page even appealing. Great family pics.
