we might not get tomorrow. .
- Yes, i took that right off this song. I barely knew what the rest of the lyric is and I don't think that matters, at least not for me. The first time I heard
the songthat particular line, I was driving home after sending my children to school and i bawled my eyes out. Yes, at 7am, alone, in the car. And i actually stopped listening, and only have the phrase repeating in my head. We might not get tomorrow. we might not get tomorrow. - Then I have a headache for the rest of the day. Nice.
- For all we know, we might not get tomorrow.
- The green cardstock and hambly grid paper and the little paper flowers were cut using this Lotus Pendant dies from Spellbinders. 20% off at TwoPeas right now, you should check it out :)
- The title was handstitched, using the font 'Learning Curve' from dafont.com. I have my beautiful friend Anilu to thank for this. I fell in love with the font at her blog.
- I ♥ you - that was from an envelope I bought at the mall near my house. Cute little gift shop selling a lot of cute stuff!
Project 365

Sorry, Caz. We love our seafood. This was my first time cooking couscous. I spent the whole morning researching couscous, can you believe it? I was kinda scared of it at first. Hah! Nidhi loved it very much and have been requesting for it ever since. Soon, soon. I can't wait to experiment more!

Neha had a study meet with her friends, so Nidhi and I went to the movies.
Please tell me I'm not the only mother who debated between 'Abduction' and 'Dolphin Tale' when bringing her almost 9 yr old to the movies? Let's face it, Taylor Lautner *most of the time* is much hotter than dolphins. And oh, don't worry anyway because in the end, Dolphin Tale won -Abduction has a PG13 rating. Ha! Nidhi and I, we both enjoyed it very much. I still will go watch 'Abduction' by myself though. :)

Pinterest inspired - Lemon and Rosemary Chicken Bake. This.Is.So.Good. I replaced white wine with chicken stock. next time, I'm gonna try adding some form of heat. Paprika, maybe?
276/365
I felt like chocolate milk, but we ran out. So I improvised. Tasted just as good.

Again, pinned recipe. Cinnamon sugar pull-apart bread. My house smells like heaven, well, cinnamon heaven. I still have some - who's coming? I'll put the kettle on :)

Oh MAN!!! I just ate dinner and that chicken photo just made me hungry again!!!
Thanks for visiting my bloggity blog- I'm just a tad embarrassed you came in while I was having one of my fits- funny how I think what I'm saying is ok till I see myself from someone else's POV.
LOVE that page! The color pops and stitched title are fantastic (as always!!) Sorry it's been so long between visits- promise not keep repeating that!
I just saw this post. LOve every bit. Love the layout so much & as always all your yummy pics. I want to make that cinnamon bread too (I saw it pinned!)
I think I need to make that bread IMMEDIATELY. Holy moly!
ME, ME!!! I want to come for a cuppa and some cinnamon rolls. Your posts are always so wonderful.
Just what's going on, the little things, and I come away filling calmer and much happier. Thanks Sasha.
I'm on my way! I hope you have condensed milk to put in my tea too ;-)
The handstitched title is divine. Love it. And the LO.
Funny you cite that line. I just watched this http://www.ted.com/talks/ric_elias.html and it was a very similar notion... sobering... .
xoxo
Oh my your blog is heaven to me!! You look like such an awesome cook - I would shoot right over now for tea & cinnamon pull-apart bread right now if I could. Those prawns and that chicken - both of them look absolutely delicious - I wish I could cook as well as you! And that layout is too beautiful - thanks for the heads up on the dies & the font. My Big Shot arrives this week - so excited! Never owned a die-cutting machine before :)and I know the song you mean - it's beautiful - and always gets me thinking too! And I watched Abduction with my hubby. It's a bit silly & far-fetched but could be a bit scary for a 9 year old - that Dolphin Tale looks cute - we don't have that one here - and our local mall has 22 theatres!!
Loved that photo and love the layout you made with it. The food looks so yummy, I hunted you in pinterest and started following your food board (plus a few others).
Sasha- your LO is gorgeous!
All that food is making me hungry, though- lol! (((HUGS)))
you are making me hungry just reading this post. Might have to try the lemon chicken recipe. Love love your layout and the sentiment behind it. Just perfect!
Oh, my! I've said it before, but I'll say it again. You are a scrapbooking genius! I love, LOVE how you perfectly stitched that title. Swoon!
And the food pics... I want!
Love you, sweets <3
Couscous! The kids loves this - I just make it instead of rice or potatoes. Mm...that cinnamonthingie looked delicious...might have to try it out!
Aww, beautiful, beautiful layout, it brings tears to my eyes, just so precious :)
