Here's a copy of Saturday With Sasha and Come On Get Crafty. I'm posting this on a Monday because well, I was very busy soaking up my niece who just turned 1 this past weekend! :)

Look at that face! We couldn't get enough of her! :)
I hope you enjoy the two layouts I have here.

April! April? Seriously, I'm beginning to sound like a broken record but 2014 need to slow down! Don't you feel the same way?
I have two layouts to share today, so shall we? :)
Layers upon layers of crafty goodness. I I traced the sunburst pattern from a stencil that I have on hand, pierced the stitching holes, erased the pencil lines then I played with mist on white (now pierced) cardstock, there is something about applying colors on a pristine white surface that is so enjoyable to me. And to many of you too, I think! :) Once the mist is dry (i like to leave mine overnight, underneath my cutting mat) I stitched.
I typically start with the photos. Then I dig through my supplies and played around with the placement. This time around, I decided on a tabbed tag from Elle's Studio, some Crate Paper die cuts, some toothpick hearts (taken apart) from Dear Lizzy and of course camera and heart paper clips from Webster's Pages. I seem to really love those clips for some reason!
I feel like my cluster is super loaded, so I kept the rest of the page as is :) Of course I had to add some Basic Grey Candy Buttons to finish my layout. I confess, I'm kinda addicted to them!
Another confession - Nidhi is turning 12 this October. And this is a layout about her 8th. LOL :D
I'm super in love with the Dear Lizzy Polka Dot Party Epoxy Stickers - so in love that I'm kinda scared to use it even though I have had the idea for this layout for-e-ver! Then one day I tell myself "Okay Sasha, suck it up. There will always be some other gorgeousness that you absolutely adore down the road. Just use what you have now, and. . . . you can always buy more!!"
So I did just that! I used almost the whole pack of it except for two, I think. And I don't regret a single thing. This layout is looking exactly how I imagined it! :) Aren't they just so pretty? I added some Jenni Bowlin Gold Trims Rub Ons to up the glam factor because I can't get enough of gold for now.
And oh - XOXO came from Crate Paper Wood Veneer shapes pack. If you look carefully, you will be able to see it in the digital mock up image. And I must tell you, that shade of yellow map paper from Recorded 6x6 paper pad has my heart, now and a long time to come probably.
I'll see you around, ya? :) Happy scrapping!
